Film and Media Development Initiative (FMDI) is an incorporated Nigerian non-profit organisation (CAMA 2020) focused on sustainable development and poverty alleviation. We prioritise vulnerable women and children affected by climate change, economic inequality, and social injustice across Southwestern Nigeria and West Africa.
Through participatory films, documentaries, masterclasses, and capacity-building workshops, we connect lived community experience with public awareness, civic dialogue, and systemic action.
Our approach links media production with practical grassroots learning, local knowledge, and institutional partnerships.
